We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label*, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will need additional time for processing.
*We are unable to provide a return shipping label for international orders.

Refunds:
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable. All approved refunds are issued for the item price only and are processed minus return shipping costs.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We will notify you once your return has been received and reviewed and whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, refunds will be issued for the item purchase price only and will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original outbound shipping fees paid by the customer are strictly non-refundable.
All refunds are issued minus the cost of return shipping to BeyWarehouse. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total unless the return is solely due to a confirmed defect or an error made by BeyWarehouse.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To withdraw from your purchase, use the "Request cancellation" or "Request return" option available in your customer account or order status page, or contact us at support@BeyWarehouse.com. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. We will send you a confirmation of your withdrawal request by email on a durable medium.
Returning the goods: After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or our error. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Refunds for EU withdrawal: For valid withdrawals on orders shipped into the European Union, and notwithstanding the general "shipping fees are non-refundable" terms above, we will reimburse the full purchase price plus the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or such proof.
Exemptions: Certain goods may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by EU law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and made-to-order or personalized items. Any applicable exemption will be indicated on the relevant product page.
