Summary: We import Beyblade X products from both Japan (Takara Tomy JP) and Hong Kong (Takara Tomy Asia), and these are mixed together in our inventory. Because of this, the BeyCode region on any given item may vary — codes could be tied to the Japan, Asia, or another regional version of the Beyblade X app. We cannot guarantee which region a specific item’s code belongs to, and some items may arrive with no code at all.

Where our products come from

Our inventory is sourced from both Japan (Takara Tomy JP) and Hong Kong (Takara Tomy Asia distributors), and these are mixed together. Because of this mixed supply chain, BeyCodes on our products may be:

• Tied to the Japan region or the Asia region of the Beyblade X app, depending on which stock your order pulls from
• Already scanned by upstream sellers before the item reaches us
• Missing entirely — some items arrive without a code sticker
• Accompanied by region-specific packaging or distributor stickers (e.g., MANI Limited for Asia releases)

We have no way to verify the region or status of individual codes when operating at the volume we do.

What is always guaranteed

Every item we sell is physically complete. All parts listed in the product description are included. The BeyCode is not listed as a product component and is not factored into our pricing. Think of a working BeyCode as a bonus — not a feature.

App region compatibility

The Beyblade X app is region-locked at account creation. Codes only work in the matching region:

• A BeyCode sticker will be present
• Any included code will be unused
• The region of any included code (Japan or Asia)
• Any included code will be compatible with your app account’s region

Troubleshooting before contacting us

1. Confirm your app region: The region is chosen at sign-up and is tied to your account. Because we carry both JP and Asia stock, a Japan-region account may work on some items and not others — and the same goes for Asia-region accounts. Check the packaging for region markings before assuming the code is broken.
2. Check the code label: Japan releases typically have no distributor sticker or carry standard Takara Tomy JP branding. Asia releases often include a distributor sticker (e.g., MANI Limited) or a small regional marking near the QR code.
3. Single-use reminder: BeyCodes are one-time use. If a code was already redeemed, it will not scan again.
4. Scanning tips: Use bright, even lighting and keep the code flat and in focus. Avoid glare on glossy boxes.

Important notes

• App behavior by region: Some features (like prize/lottery schedules) differ by region and distributor.
• Using the app from the U.S.: Whether you have a Japan or Asia region account, codes from the other region will not work. Match your account region to the code’s origin for the best chance of success.
• Hasbro Beyblade X app: Hasbro’s app is separate and not compatible with any Takara Tomy codes, regardless of region.

Returns & refunds for code-related issues

We do not offer returns, refunds, or partial refunds solely because:

• A BeyCode is missing
• A BeyCode has already been used
• A BeyCode does not work or is not accepted by your local app or service
• A BeyCode is from a different region than your app account

Because BeyCodes are single-use, once a package is opened and the code is exposed or scanned, we cannot accept returns for code-related issues. Unopened items may be eligible under our standard return policy — see our Returns page for details. If you need help identifying the code region, please contact us before opening the item.
