Thank you for your interest in our upcoming products! Pre-orders let you reserve items before they are officially released. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

1. How Pre-Orders Work

  • Placing a pre-order reserves an item that is not yet in stock; we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
  • The estimated release or ship date appears on the product page. These dates come from the manufacturer and may change without notice.

2. Payment

  • Pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout to secure your reservation.
  • Your payment ensures prompt processing once inventory arrives.

3. Shipping

  • Pre-order items ship as soon as they are in stock.
  • If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order to ship together. To avoid delays, place separate orders for in-stock items.

4. Release Date Changes

  • All release dates are subject to change based on manufacturer or supplier delays.
  • If a delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated date, we will email you with the option to keep or cancel your order.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the item ships.
  • After shipment, our standard return policy applies.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after processing.

6. Pre-Order Guarantee

  • We guarantee fulfillment of all accepted pre-orders. In the rare event we cannot fulfill due to supplier shortages, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Pre-Order: Pay now to reserve. Ships when available. Dates may change. Cancel anytime before shipping for a full refund (refunds post in 3–5 business days after processing). Mixed carts may ship together—order in-stock items separately to avoid delays.
