It came in perfect condition, and spins great. I had a little trouble with verifying my purchase so it got to me later than expected but that honestly seems like user error.

Bey was in fine shape but the shipping (all internal US ground shipping) somehow took a week longer than my delivery date given at purchase. Will not use again if time is a factor.
